"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.

so we lost the internet for a week which was bad enough since i couldnt re-download winrar and get everything back on my pc....that was annoying. then just on the day the internet returned my graphics card decided to do a little blowing up so i had to wait a week for a new sexy blue one....that was more annoying
